Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

via an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day the returned goods are received by us.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received by you. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if the loss in value results from handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
